We represent a manufacturing facility based in Shanghai, China, specialized in manufacturing custom ordered compression springs, extension springs, torsion springs and wire forms. We are looking to develop a new market in North America. TR Consolidated Co. is headed by a minority woman, Cindy Shen, in our US office. Our manufacturing facility is well-established and have decades of experience in their product fields, and earned ISO9001:2008 & ISO14001:2004 certifications. We primarily manufacture compression, extension and torsion springs as well as most of wire forms. The wire diameter range from 0.07 to 0.6. We can provide an array of finishes to meet your needs, such as color identification and corrosion protection. We also have capacity of producing spring shock absorbers, the wire diameter range from 0.7 to 2.75, they are being specifically used on heavy duty truck suspensions as well as locomotives. We can fulfill special needs, such as small batch productions, irregular production schedules, short notice delivery, etc. This means you can manage your project/order delivery timing better, and better control of cost.
