Through the efficient work of the company staff, Tailong has built up close relationship with customers from various countries. Apart from the business company, we also have our own foundry and workshop. Various castings are poured according to customer&＃039;s drawings or samples. Precision components are machined with our CNC machine tools for different use. As business grows, Tailong has also invested in different foundries in the form of currency or equipments. SPECIFICATION: We produce various classes of castings in Grey Iron, Ductile Iron, Malleable Iron and other Metals. These castings are intended for construction and engineering use. The weights of castings are ranging from several grams to several tons. PROCESS: The casting process begins with the production of an individual pattern from customer&＃039;s drawings or samples. Patterns are produced in wood or metal depending on the component and level of details required. Then green sand molds are made on simple molding machine. Floor molds are made with slinger. Shell cores are made in the core room. There are also wax pattern used in the investment casting. After pouring, all castings are grinded and cleaned in shot blast machines. QUALITY CONTROL: Each casting is processed through our QC staff with inspection records for every shipment. To guarantee the correct material specification and right mechanical properties, we have chemical analysis equipment, hardness tester, and tensile strength machine.
