Tenuta Montereale

The vineyards of Tenuta Montereale are close to the stony banks of river Cellina and surrounded by the huge Alps. In this natural landscape, the soil called magredo (poor land) is the centre of the area DOC Friuli Grave and it is the typical stony and gritty land which needs hard work and dedication. This severe soil is full of minerals and gentle aromas which nurture our 90 hectares of vineyards and make our red and white wines very strong and robust. For more than forty years, in the wine cellar, only the best grapes are selected to produce white and red wines which are intense and robust. Our white wines: Prosecco Frizzante, Pinot Grigio, Sauvignon e Chardonnay. Our red wines: Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc e Refosco. Our sparkling wines: Prosecco Brut ed Extra Dry. All our wines can be tasted and bought in our extended store in Montereale Valcellina (PN), Italy. It is also possible to book guiding tours of our vineyards and wine cellar and to book wine tastings with typical appetizers of the area.
