Machine Introduction The machine is a new type of energy-saving and environment-protection recycling equipment (which can be applied for recycling rubber-plastic leftover materials, such as EVA, SBR, RB, PE and sponge, etc). The conventional type of recycling usually makes use of crusher (22 KW) first, and then through refine mucus machine(55 KW) to mix the materials. The recycling efficiency is 100 kg/hour and it needs 3 or 4 people to operate. Also the conventional type of recycling is easy to produce untreated powder because of squeezing under high temperature. In this way, the rate of recycling is reduced greatly.    However, our grinding machine adopts high speed, water cooling integrating with brush wheel. The power of main machine is 37 KW,  and it can work for 24 hours constantly. The efficiency is 150 to 200 kg/hour (depends on the material) and it just needs 1 person to operate. It does not need to crush or mix the materials, but grind the leftover materials into powder directly. The powder mesh can be 100 to 200. Temperature of the powder is close to normal(60�), so the physical nature of the raw materials will not be changed. Besides, after recycling ,the operator can add extra 10--20 kg of recycling powder into sealed refinning machine each time. The thickness of the plate can be increased by 3mm to 5 mm. Moreover, it can increase the plate density, shorten the mixing time, and the blender is not easy to be broken. So the production output can be increased and every machine can make profit by over 3000 RMB per day.
