Warehouse Management System Capabilities Our Warehouse Management System provides a standard interface to various large ERP systems including SAP, Oracle and PeopleSoft. It also has done custom interface solutions to a number of smaller systems such as Navision, Great Plains, ManMan, Axapta and others. Importing data/orders is possible from: Excel, a Text file or SQL table directly into our WMS system. Real-time order status and inventory access is available or updates to customers can be tailored to individual needs. As part of our manifest system we are able to utilize unique shipper numbers for 3rd party fulfillment to ensure package segregation. House carriers consist of UPS, UPS Mail Innovations, and The United States Postal Service for Domestic Shipments. UPS Trade Direct is utilized to serve Canadian customers. Additional carriers can be added upon request. Small parcel, Truckload, LTL and Ocean rates are available. Returns freight and processing are available. Warehouse The Warehouse configuration utilizes VNA (very narrow aisle) wire-guided equipment and has the flexibility to handle variable pallet widths and heights. Long and short term storage is available with inventory tracking to specific bin locations and lot numbers. Distribution system The Distribution system utilizes PTL (pick to light) and RF (radio frequency) technologies. All conveyable orders are verified via an inline weigh checking scale and rejected for inspection if variance is greater than the customer&＃039;s designated range. Offline orders have a designated packing list created for verification of container contents.
