1. Formerly known as Jieshi Battery Co., Ltd., Guobao Power (Wuxi) Co., Ltd. (abbreviated as TPW) is a wholly-owned manufacturing enterprise established in 2002 March by a well-known Japanese enterprise in the National High-Tech Industrial Development Zone of Wuxi, Jiangsu Province, China. To fulfill the quality commitment of "Global Homogeneity", it has simultaneously introduced original Japanese production lines and quality management systems, mainly producing battery products for industrial vehicles. Through continuous localized transformation and innovation, it has successfully achieved full alignment of product performance and safety standards with those of Japanese companies.

After 20 years of market verification, we have provided long-term supporting services for internationally renowned logistics equipment enterprises such as Linde, Mitsubishi Logisnext, Toyota, Heli, and Hangcha. To further achieve the goal of localization in China and meet customers' diversified needs for product types, the company was renamed Guobao Power (Wuxi) Co., Ltd. In April 2025 after strategic equity integration. In addition to producing traditional lead-acid batteries, it will also expand the design and manufacturing of lithium battery series products. By building a full-link collaborative system of "R&D - Production - Sales - Service", it has officially launched its strategic upgrade.

2. Guobao Power (Wuxi) Co., Ltd. Shanghai Branch (abbreviated as TPSH), established in May 2025, is a professional sales and service organization set up by Guobao Power in China. We have a team composed of senior experts in the forklift battery industry, with all core members having more than 10 years of industry experience and a deep understanding of customer needs and market dynamics. Relying on the strong R&D and manufacturing capabilities as well as the complete product system of the parent company, we are committed to providing high-performance power battery solutions for industrial customers.

The company mainly engages in forklift lead-acid batteries, lithium batteries, chargers and related supporting products. By virtue of excellent product performance and a sound after-sales service network, it has become a strategic partner of well-known domestic forklift OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers) such as Linde Forklift, Mitsubishi Logisnext Dalian, Mitsubishi Logisnext Shanghai and Toyota Kunshan. Meanwhile, it also provides professional services for numerous logistics, manufacturing and warehousing enterprises.
