Tipperary Co-operative Creamery Ltd is 100% farmer owned co-operative located in the heart of Ireland dairy region. We have 400 farms that supply us with premium, fresh grass-fed Irish milk. With 250 employees, we process over 500 million liters of fresh Irish milk annually. Tipperary has been a leading supplier of Milk powders to the infant formula manufacturing sector and food ingredient sector both within Ireland and Europe for over 40 years. We also produce a high heat-heat stable, low spore skim, buttermilk, whey, Fat filled milk powder and various fortified wet blended milk powders and milk alternatives. Tipperary’ s Research and Development team, in co-operation with their customers are focused on the development of new, healthy, natural, clean-labelled products that exceed expectations and improve the health and wellbeing of all consumers.
