Toronto Sky Aviation can restore or rewind virtually any rotable electric component to like-new condition, complete with certification recognized by all civilian aviation authorities. TSA is also approved to develop custom repair procedures to meet our aviation customers requirements as new components come out of manufacturers warranty.Current capabilities include components for fans, blowers, generators, starters, starter-generators, solenoids, pumps and actuators. Many of the components that Toronto Sky Aviation restores are classified as disposable by the OEM but are actually repairable with potential savings of up to 90% of the cost of new. TSA will restore components manufactured by Airesearch, APC, Auxilec/Thales, Bendix, Electromech, General Electric, Lucas/LSI/TRW and Sundstrand/Westinghouse.Toronto Sky Aviation can boast the fastest turn around times in the business and has a growing exchange pool that is available for immediate AOG shipment for our regular customers and at no additional charge. TSA offers basic journal restoration (plating IAW MIL-STD-865) as part of the rewind process. Armature shafts are routinely inspected and plated to OEM specification at no additional charge and without the need to specify this on purchase orders.
