Unique Tags Pvt Ltd was incorporated in 1995 and started business as manufacturer of woven lables for garments / apparels. Our installed capacity at present is 1.5 million labels per day a year of woven labels. We have in house capacity to design woven labels as well.

We are manufacturers of 100% Polyester woven labels based at Ahmedabad, India. We have Our own set up with 31 Broad label looms and a team of young designers totaling 25 and working 247365 to meet the flow of our valued customers demand for sampling and production.Now, We provide one stop solution to our customers for their garment needs from custom designs, sampling and production to many products like woven labels, printed labels, hangtags, patches, etc. We manufacture woven labels of high quality and are supplying globally. 1. Approval stage This stage beings with the procurement of samples from our valued customers through our own marketing representatives or any other media. Then within the next 24 hours, we conduct an exact replication of the sample given to us by our customers and thereafter submit it to them for their approval and confirmation.

Only after total satisfaction and approval of the sample, bulk production takes place.

2. Manufacturing process The manufacturing process begins from designing unit, the final design goes to our manufacturing unit. Highlights of the Manufacturing process

In the warping unit, we create fine quality warp beams, so that the quality of the label is maintained through these machines.

The entire process takes place under the constant supervision of our qualified weaver.

The high technology machines are handling by our well trained technicians and engineers. Only after total satisfaction and approval of the sample, bulk production takes place.
