About Us We have been serving the Textile Industry for more than 45 years. The mother of our company, Overseas Trading C. A. Was founded in Caracas, Venezuela by Mr. Peter Krestev in the early 60s. Since then we have been representing all kinds of machinery and accessories for the Textile industry. Our current Director, George Dienemann, joined the company in 1985. List of represented companies included: Vamatex s. P. A. , Camber International Ltd, Argelich Termes y Cia. (ATYC) , Firsan, S. A., West Point Foundry and Co., Day International, Marshall and Williams, Sperotto-Rimar s. P. A. , Heliot International, Johannes Zimmer (Austria) among others. In the mid 90s our company started representing also yarns and fibers, and started representing Avondale Mills, Inc. In 1998 we moved our main operations office to Pembroke Pines (Miami) , Florida, in order to serve a wider variety of customers to include: USA, Mexico, Central America and the Caribbean and South American markets. Our GOAL is to satisfy your equipment needs; new, used or reconditioned. We specialize in hosiery and circular / flat knitting, dyeing, printing and finishing machinery, We also deal in embroidery, cutting, sewing, weaving and spinning. We have offices in Pembroke Pines, Florida, USA and Caracas, Venezuela. All are accessible's from most major cities.
