Organization structureIn order to have more efficient communications between top-down and bottom-up; our structure is quite simple; also, to increase flexibility, partly matrix structure in some specific departments are implemented.3. The staffMost of us are well trained with professional knowledge and experienced in this field. By the end of july,2005, our sales team increase to 16 persons and supportive role increase to 6 persons.Believing people is our most valuable resources and our employer-labour relationship is quite well; parts of them have been stayed with us over 10 years.
