Uptread

Uptread is headquartered in Malawi and targets Malawi directly, which means they are well-positioned to meet local demand with fast delivery and understanding of regional preferences. Selling fresh garlic — a key ingredient in many Malawian dishes — gives them a clear, high-demand product that fits local cuisine. The verified account email and phone number add a layer of trust, showing at least some identity confirmation. However, the lack of verified work email and business documents raises a red flag for buyers who need to confirm full legitimacy before placing large orders. Buyers should request additional documentation to verify the company's operations and ensure they are not dealing with a temporary or unregistered entity. Having a local base in Malawi also means they may have better access to supply chains and logistics than international suppliers.
