VHPL set up fully automatic egg products processing plant as a 100% Export Oriented Unit (E.O.U.) near Hyderabad to Manufacture and EXPORT Pasteurised and Spra Dried Egg Products viz :

1.  Whole Egg Powder

2.  Egg Yolk Powder 

3.  Egg Albumen (White) Powder 

4.  Heat Stable Egg Yolk Powder

Besides we produce Desugared Whole Egg Powder, Sugared Whole Egg Powder also based on customers specific Orders. 

The factory has been designed and set up to conform fully to the regulations relating to Eggs and Egg products issued by the USDA and the EU. The Egg Processing Plant is certified by EIC, FSSAI and have the FSSC-22000 V.6, HALAL Quality system in place.

We are able to produce very good quality Egg Powder as the hen eggs are procured from our own farms with Bio Security system. The farms are under the supervisions of our own Veterinarians round the clock.  We have in house Laboratory & a Centralised Laboratory for testing our products.

We have been exporting regularly to EUROPEAN UNION member countries, the Far East, South East Asian countries, Australia, Gulf Countries, etc. for more than one and half decade.  In addition to this we cater our products in INDIA to many customers in the fields of manufacturing Bakery products, Noodles, Mayonnaise, Cosmetics, Shampoos, Aqua Feed, Protein Powder, Nutraceuticals, Human Healthcare & Animal Healthcare products, etc.
