Because each one is unique, it is impossible to provide two or more hides or horns that are perfectly identical. Because each one has once lived in the outdoors, they may get scrapes, scratches, brands, or a variety of other visible marks on them. Variations in shape, color, size and visible marks are not to be considered defects. They are simply a mark of the uniqueness of each individual animal. If you are not satisfied with the product purchased for any reason, you may return it within 14 days and we will refund the product price, or exchange it for something more suitable. We do not refund shipping cost on exchanges.
