In 2012 we are celebrating our 51st YEAR of mold and tool design, making molds, punches, dies and tools for the Thermoforming Industry. Our longevity is based on a very simple principal to provide Quality, Delivery, Communication and Price. Our staff consists of experienced design and tool engineers, CNC programmers machinists, and journeyman tool makers, all with an extensive history in the Thermoforming Industry. Our President and owner, Bob Eberle, has been active in this business since 1973, and holds numerous patents for the design, inspection and implementation of thermoform tooling, both foam and plastic. From Lids, Cups, Egg Cartons, Fruit Containers, Duplex Containers, Cake Molds, to Medical Trays, all in a vast array of materials, we can satisfy your requirements. We are versed in the use of various CAD programs. Although we tend to concentrate on SolidWorks and AutoCAD, we are capable in Unigraphics and Catia. We utilize the latest MasterCAM for our machine programs. .In addition to the molds, we produce a line of inspection fixtures, our patented PER-FIT, which has become a standard in the industry. We also produce patented EQC Eberle Quick Change Tools and the Eberle Pneumatic Cylinders sold through our subsidiary, Vector Company. Our tool and consulting customers benefit from our years of experience in thermoforming.
