The plant is located 100km east from tashkent, capital of uzbekistan The plant deals in production of hygroscopic bleached wool (bleached cotton) which is a semi finished product. It is used in production of cotton buds, cotton pads, cotton pleats etc. Geographical location of the plant enables the team to produce at lowest possible cost since it has instant access to the raw material base, since uzbekistan is one of the world leaders in production of cotton.

As a raw material the plant consumes cotton combers - wastes from spinning mills, although the installed equipment allows the plant to process cotton fibers.
