Business Description

We’re happy to send you a sample of our beautiful pepper.

Our company is Viet Pepper Joint Stock Company. We grow, harvest, and produce pepper strictly under the guidelines of Organic Technology to deliver safe and high-quality products to the market.

To produce our pepper, the berries are harvested when they have not yet fully matured. After that, we dry the berries in the sun. As a result, the skin of the berry derives its typical black wrinkled and spherical shape.

To make our pepper (or pepper skull), we harvest our berries when fully matured, then thoroughly soak them for 7-8 days to remove the outer rim. The final products are usually ivory or gray, with smooth skin and more pungent than black pepper.

We’re happy to send you a sample of our beautiful pepper.

We love Vietnamese spices and we love to promote our high quality products to the world. With passion for our work and a deep understanding of Vietnamese agriculture, our company has experienced rapid growth in sales since its foundation in 2012.

Our factory is located in the heart of Vietnam's biggest material zones, and we are self-reliant for our resources. Our pepper is sourced from farms in Earal, Ea H’leo, Daklak Province, and Nam Yang, Dak Doa, Gia Lai Province.

We are committed to offering pepper that meets international standards, while eliminating middlemen to fully control the quality from farm to market. One way we ensure consistent high quality is by offering fair trade to farmers.

It is vital for us that our peppercorns are free of pesticides.

We focus on satisfying our clients, growing our team spirit, and enhancing the quality of life for our people.

Our farm is located in the picturesque areas of Gia Lai province. The farms lie at an average altitude of 700-800 meters above sea level, under a tropical monsoon climate, ideal for pepper trees. The soil is fertile, rich in organic minerals, porous, and has excellent drainage. This region is a new area for pepper cultivation, free from pests and diseases. Pepper trees grow strong here; and the peppercorn’s aroma and taste are wonderful.

Providing welfare projects in health and education for the children of our neighboring villages is a wonderful way to give back to the communities that support us!

In 2012, I started searching for areas where raw pepper is cultivated sustainably. My travels took me across Vietnam's diverse countryside, but I ended up close to my childhood home, in the communes of Nam Yang, at the end of Dak Doa district, in the Central Highlands.

As we approached the local community and became close, we learned about their habits and practices. Together, we started sharing knowledge about pepper cultivation, especially on creating sustainable growing areas. Today, we have joint programs covering 50 hectares, meeting the Global Gap standards for nearly 30 households.

We make continuous efforts to test our pepper crops regularly. We work to ensure our products meet and surpass standards for plant protection drugs permitted in Australian and Asian markets. Fortunately, our area remains pristine and free of diseases—and we vigilantly maintain that cleanliness.

Using sustainable materials that meet strict standards, we deliver our products to difficult-to-access markets. The market is expanding daily because the world desires clean, pesticide-free, sustainably grown pepper that provides farmers with fair living wages.

We always support our partner farmers, working together to develop their crops. This collaboration provides cost savings, fair prices, and quality assurance for the products. Our commitment is to cultivate sustainable raw materials and serve as a bridge between farmers and consumers—the farmers who produce these beautiful products and the customers across the world who demand them.

Our mission includes promoting sustainable farming and building a direct link between the producers and consumers, ensuring quality and fairness at every step.

We’re happy to send you a sample of our beautiful pepper.
