This Gypsum Mine is a world-class industrial mineral resource. This is one of North America’s largest sulfur resources containing over 180 million tons at 18% sulfur content. The potential upper end uses of gypsum contained in the project indicate up to $300 billion in producible value added products. The solid base of mineral deposits supports and justifies the financial underwriting necessary to explore, develop, mine and convert the mineral into healthy revenue streams for years to come. The appraised developed value is $11.5 billion by a certified CPA with the figures backed and supported by a U.S Government survey. The mine has never been in operation therefore the 17,000 acres have no environmental issues. The last geological survey was done in 2001, although has not been updated.
