It is the primary manufacturer taking advantage of Dr. De-Sheng Tsais technology and product designs used in converting nonlatex elastic nonwoven fabrics and making finished products for use in healthcare, hygiene, and personal protection for the U.S. market.The latex-free elastic nonwoven fabrics were invented by Dr. De-Sheng Tsai, and the technologies and many of the product designs have been globally patented or are in patent pending status. By combining the elastication process and product conversion, VitaFlex expands the applications of nonwovens and in the creation of innovative consumer products which exhibit better quality, lower cost, and with enhanced environmental responsibility. VitaFlex latex-free elastic nonwoven fabrics exhibit a unique knit-like soft-stretch that is environmentally friendly and is a lower-cost alternative to traditional elastic nonwoven laminates.
