Joint-stock company Vladimir chemical plant, one of the largest and stable chemical plants in Russia, is located not far from Moscow. The plant was established in 1931, then in 1992 the state enterprise was reorganized into joint-stock company. JSC Vladimir chemical plant is a manufacturer of PVC granulated compounds for cable sheathing, PVC rigid sheets, PET films and polyethers. Besides the Russian market we are performing export&import operations with respected partners from Germany, Austria, France, Poland, Azerbaijan, Ukraine, Byelorussia, Moldova and Baltic countries.
