At present, the technical process includes: The jigging, the mould injection, the oil spray, logo print, assembly, and packing. The main equipment includes: The milling machine, lathe, shaper casting, grinder, the line cutter, the computer gong, automatically piece pasteing machine, the backflow welding machine, and precise product inspection instrumentation.We independently develop several dozens of new products every year, and most products have the proprietary intellectual property rights and patents, also with CE, 3C, JET certifications.We have passed ISO9000 international quality system certification, and implemented 5S such advanced management pattern.Shenda has many years' experience in producing the environment-protected illumination apparatus.
