Wacheng Electronic Co., Ltd. was established in 2002, located in Xi'an High-Tech Industry Development District with 28 million RMB of registered capital. We were approved by Shaanxi People's Government and set up by Xidian University together with other business legal persons. We became the High-Tech Company of Shaanxi Province in 2003. Our company was reorganized with Zhongfei Guarantee Company and achieved the integration of talent, technology, capital and market in 2007. In 2008, Shaanxi Taipu Lighting-Tech Corporation was established which is a significant sample of state-owned enterprise that works with private enterprise. Taipu belongs to our company and mainly produces LED lamps designed by our company. From then on, our company had become a comprehensive enterprise which had realized the integration of design, production and sale of LED products. Wacheng Electronic Co., Ltd. develops LED illumination technology which is based on micro-electronic and semiconductor illumination technology of Xidian University. Our company undertakes the design, production and sale of LED illumination lamps, and we have many national patents.
