Walchandnagar Industries Limited ( WIL ) Heavy Engineering Company along with our J V Partner, Aquatic company, Moscow introduced Aluminium Alloy Tubing in India and South East Asian countries. We use two types of ***** 16T and 1953T1. Our tubings have excellent strength to density ratio and corrosion resistance to hydrogen sulphide / carbon dioxide which are found in formation fluids. Approved test results of production tubings(given in a Table below) and photographs showing the rate of corrosion on steel and aluminum pipes are enclosed as Annexure I. While the steel tubings were totally corroded, aluminum pipes were virtually not affected at all. Our tubings are supplied to API threads 2 7/8â?? E U. Tubings with other threads can be manufactured on order.
