Established in 1989, Wester Special Fibre Co., Ltd is located in Jinjiang City, Fujian Province, covering an area of 70, 000 square meters. It consists of two factories, Chemical Fibre Factory and Knitting Factory. It has gained ISO9001: 2008 and Oeko-Tex Standard 100 Certificate.
Chemical Fibre Factory is well equipped with advanced facilities imported from Japan. It specializes in manufacturing High Tenacity Low Shrinkage Polyester Filament Yarn ranging from 56dtex to 555dtex, which are widely applied to produce core spun thread, high strength sewing thread, textilene, coated fabric, tent, net, rope, safety belt and advertising canvas etc.
The products are sold to more than 20 countries, gaining recognition and high reputation from customers at home and abroad. 16 new production lines will be put into operation in July 2011 and the production capacity will increase to 20, 000 tons per year by then.
Knitting Factory, with production equipment imported from Italy, Switzerland and UK, specializes in producing elastic webbings, which are mainly used for bras and underwears. It has a capacity of 45 million meters per month and got ISO9001: 2008 and Oeko-Tex Standard 100 Certificate. It wins customers' favor with its good quality, scientific management and unceasing innovation.
