The Berry Wise Story. Berry Wise understands the importance of nutrition for people who want to age well. With the many demands on a person&＃039;s day, it&＃039;s not easy to get all the sustenance the body requires. Even though we may try to eat well, often what we take in is not all that we need. As we mature, we frequently find that we have to pay more attention to eating particular foods so that our health is kept at the optimal level. During those times, we want something that instantly bolsters our nutrient intake and provides a sense of proactive control, all from natural sources. Intrigued by the potential of blueberries, a food filled with vitamins, minerals and dietary fiber, Dr Paul Gross, founder of Berry Wise, began to delve further into the knowledge discovered about the fruit. As he learned of more benefits of the berry, tapping into the findings of such organizations as the Pacific Agri food Research Centre, he realized that the blueberry can be both an excellent source of nutrition and a blueprint of goodness for creating food supplements packed with nutrients. Berry Wise products, such as Berry Wise Antioxidant, are composed of the same beneficial nutrients that are found in blueberries, cranberries, acai plus six other berries complemented by additional important vitamins and minerals, which help the body maintain good health. Studies continue to reveal that blueberries (as well as other dark-skinned berries) possess an ever-expanding set of properties that can positively affect various organ systems. These studies confirm the high regard for blueberries held by native North American cultures as a folk medicine.
