Since 1845, A. Wimpfheimer and Bro. Inc. Has been the leading US textile velvet manufacturer of the finest-quality velvet fabric. Although we are world-renowned for our beautiful velvet fabrics, we also offer pile fabrics of all kinds: Velveteen, corduroy, suede, faux fur, velour, and costume and theatrical fabrics. A. Wimpheimer& Bro. Inc. Are PFD specialists; we offer low minimums and do cut-to-order. We are longtime fabrics suppliers for the jewelry box fabric, display trades, and the home decoration fabric markets.
We have a dedicated OTC department offering the most complete line of velvets and other pile fabrics. We operate as a vertical velvet mill in the USA and England, and search the world for the best imported pile fabrics as well.
Although we specialize in woven velvets and carry the most diverse woven velvet line available - we are much more than just velvet fabrics.
We carry a great variety of stretch velvets, plain and novelty fabrics, velveteens, corduroys, suedes, faux furs, velours, home decoration pile fabrics, and costume/theatrical fabrics.
