Xi'an Silver Bus Corporation was jointly established in March1994 by Xi'an Aircraft Industry (Group) Company Limited (XAC) and Volvo Bus Corporation (VBC) -one of the leading heavy-duty bus manufacturers.

Xi'an Silver Bus is based in Xi'an Yanliang National Aviation Hi-tech Industry Base. With a total area of 160,000 square meters, including a building constructed area of 30,000 square meters, we are specialized in producing high-and medium-sized coaches. The products have been sold nationwide and are exported successfully to countries and regions of Russia, India, Malaysia, etc. As the first high-segment coach manufacturer, Xi'an Silver Bus Corporation has, ever since its establishment, been a leader in the high-segment luxury coach business in China. In September 2011, Xi'an Silver Bus and VBC updated together with VBC concerning the Technology License Agreement, the Supply and Aftersales Service Agreement and the Trademark License Contract. The daily business operations of Silver Bus will be directly run by its Chinese owner-XAC. Silver Bus will continue with its core values of Quality, Safety and Environmental Care, focus on the high and medium segment coaches for the domestic and world markets and strengthen the product R&D and marketing development so as to realize a fast development of the company.
