After welding, all the tube will be polished one by one to avoid welding slag, and can paint them better. Kstar also has 2 automated painting lines located in own factory; All the painting has passed environmental standard.

Kstar have assembled 5 automatic assembly lines, which is strictly supervised by rich-experienced and well-trained staff during production, to make sure the quality is stable and excellent. Meanwhile, the inspection is being made during raw material purchasing, developing, and producing to ensure best quality standard. 100 % inspection in our Quiet Room, testing every function and button is workable or not, running belt is middle or not, speed, noise, motor shaking, torsion and so on.

After assembly, all treadmills will be recharged and cleaned for re-inspection. Kstar will offer free spare parts, one-year warranty, technical support and treadmill solutions for every single customer.

Every production line has 1 inspection room, inspection standard is A Q L standard, Kstar owns C E, E N 9 5 7, C B, B S C I. A big lab in Kstar is used for checking carton, motor, incline, running board.
