Xiamen Shuangwei Precision Machinery Industry Co., Ltd. which is a metal CNC processing factory established in 1994 and located at Xiamen (361000), Fujian Province, China. We have now 57 sets processing machines, of which there are 7 set CNC milling & drilling machines (all are imported from Taiwan) and 8 CNC lathes (4 sets are imported from Taiwan) and 2 set CNC grinding machines and 1 set CNC cutting machine and 1 set CNC boring machine, others are man-hand processing machines, which covers milling, drilling, boring, turning, grinding, welding, cutting, bending and W-EDM service. Our basic processing capability is as follows, 1. Our CNC milling & drilling machines have the max. milling capability of 2500mm2000mm1000mm, and CNC turning machines have max. milling capability of Φ600mm*2000mm. 2. We have good supply chain including material (forged & casting), finishing (blacken, sand blast, anodized, powder coated, nickel plated, heat treated, zinc plated, chrome plated, laser), and rich international logistic cooperator. 3. We have strict inspection implement of every processing step and can provide you 3D inspection report if you require.
