Xiamen Wanshida Industry Co., Ltd is a professional mobile phone keypad factory. Founded in 1999, as a Sino-foreign joint venture company, engaged in precision plastic mould making, injection molding, electroplating and keypad making, Currently we are supplying parts for use in automobiles, telecommunication etc. In the earlier part of 2001, we went into the development of electroplating for mobile phone key buttons with more than ten different types of new decorative effect. In December 2001, our research and development team had succeeded in ?Photic? electroplating ( an effective process in applying laser making on the chrome plated surface ) and was awarded the China National Invention Patent. We are proud to say that the ?Photic? electroplating is now being widely used in many of the well-known mobile phones. We became the qualified vendor for Motorola on July 10th, 2002; and obtained both the ISO9001 and UL certifications on July 30th, 2002. We are now in the midst of the ISO/TS16949 certification process Our electroplating facility is fully equipped with three state-of-the-art automatic ABS plastic electroplating lines, an advanced pure water processing system, an automatic sewage waste water treatment system. We also have a laboratory equipped with various types of tests and analysis devices, which are capable performing abrasion tests, salt spray tests, temperature shock tests, humidity tests, plating deposition thickness measurements and a set of optical scope for dimensions measurements. Our fully equipped facility which have an annual plating production capacity of 2.2 million square meters, coupled with more than 700 skilled personnel, we are truly capable of taking on new challenges in technical innovations in both products and processes developments.
