Yantai Yihua Autoglass Co., Ltd is a Sino-American joint venture which is set up by Yantai Yaohua Autoglass Co., Ltd and American partner. Situated in Yantai Economical and Technological Development Zone of Shandong Province, our company enjoys the very convenient transportation.　With a total land area of 13000 square meters including 6000 square meters construction area, the total investment of this company is RMB 20¼Œ000¼Œ000. We mainly produce high quality windscreen for automobile. The company imported from Tamglass Engineering Co., Finland, the whole set of product line and monitoring & testing equipment with advanced international level, including 2 sets of bending furnace with a production capacity of 200, 000 m2 of automobile safety glass annually. The products are employed with fine float glass and the imported PVB films as raw material and arranged the production according to the international standard including European Safety Glass Standard ECE R43, American Safety Standard of DOT, South African Standard of SABS 1191 and China Compulsory Products Certification. The products have ever gained the new product title with country level. And the authentication of the above 4 kinds of standards were obtained in 1992. Currently we have already developed up to 700 different models of laminated front windscreen. About 90% of the products were exported to USA, South Africa, Canada and Hongkong etc. and become the designated supplying factory of several automobile manufacturer in domestic.　The company has strong technical strength, strict organization and management, and also set up quality management system according to the requirement of quality control system of ISO-9001.
