Welcome to Yantai Kangwei Die Casting Moulds Co., Ltd. We could design mould according to the samples or drawings provided by customers. We also have the ability to design products or renew designs for them. CAD, Pro-E, Solid works and UG are used. We have 4 sets of die casting machines. The part weight ranges from min 5 g to max 5 KG. The dimensional accuracy of them could reach to 0.1 mm. Our monthly production capacity is 5 hundred thousand pieces. We own 20 sets of drilling and tapping machines, 2 sets multi-axis automatic machines for drilling and tapping. There are 5 sets of CNC machines in addition. The machining accuracy could reach 0.01 mm. We have our own painting workshop. Various colors with high quality could be applied on die casting parts.Meanwhile, we have suppliers to handle different kinds of surface treatments, such as anodizing, plating, powder coating and e-coating. We supply assembly services for customers. At present, the assembly products are locksets and inverter enclosures. Concerning the dimension control, we have precise coordinate measuring machine and various common inspection instruments. We inspect every product surface before shipping to achieve 100% qualified rate. Our international trade team not only constantly expand the new market but also actively maintain present customers. They are in charge of the whole works from receiving orders, handling documentary and delivery. They try their best to make customers comfortable and relieved.
