Yantai Sunny Hexing Environment Protection Equipment Co., Ltd is a Sino-British joint venture (Chinese-controlled) with a registered capital of nearly 30 million yuan and some 180 employees. It is a technological environment equipment manufacturer integrating the design of environment expertise and the development, production, marketing and service of environment products. Our new product, the high-efficiency thickener series based on the thickening technique of Sunny Group, is a combination of hydraulic- or electric-driven planetary gear box and pinion gearing, automatic rake lifting, efficient tangential feeding and automatic feed thinning. The control, defoaming and arrangement of our high-efficiency thickeners represent the world’s highest level. In terms of the size of the thickeners, the diameter is as much as 85m for the largest central drive thickeners and up to 100m for the peripheral drive thickeners. Our newly developed thickener, advantageous over its peers for the considerably improved thickening efficiency, greater processing capacity and high bottom flow concentration, is now widely used for the dehydration of metallic and nonmetallic ores and the solid-liquid separation of pulps involved in metallurgy, coal, chemical, tailing processing and environmental applications. The company is conveniently situated in the beautiful seaside city Yantai, adjacent to Tongjiang-Sanya expressway, 20km from Yantai international airport and 7km from both Yantai railway station and Yantai port.
