Situated in Yantai Economical and Technological Development Zone of Shandong Province, our company enjoys the very convenient transportation. With a total land area of 13000 square meters including 6000 square meters construction area, the total investment of this company is RMB 20,000,000. We mainly produce high quality windscreen for automobile.The company imported from Tamglass Engineering Co., Finland, the whole set of product line and monitoring & testing equipment with advanced international level, including 2 sets of bending furnace with a production capacity of 200,000 m2 of automobile safety glass annually. Our products are employed with float glass from foreign joint venture or foreign owned venture in China like Pilkington Shanghai, and also the imported PVB from Sekisui Chemical Co.,Ltd (Japan) and also Du Pont U.S.A. We are also one of the oldest windshield manufacturer in China with more than 10 years experience of manufacturing and exporting.Benefited from steady & reliable quality, high resistance for impacting and the character of no injury to person after broken, all of the specifications of our products have reached the international standard. Now we have already gained the European Safety Glass Standard ECE-R43, American Safety Standard of DOT, Chinese Safety Standard of GB9656-2003 and the ISO9001-2000 certificate. Currently we have already developed1000 different models of laminated front windscreen. And we can also supply various kinds of tempered windscreen, construction-used glass and other safety glass like bulletproof glass etc. Most of the products were exported to Canada, USA, Australia Ghana and South Europe etc. And become the designated supplying factory of several automobile manufacturers in domestic.
