Yingkou Guangming Instrument Faqctory is a professional manufacturer of tyre changer and wheel balancer, with 19 year&＃039;s experience of manufacturing. It has two factories, with headquater in Yingkou, north of China, and an assembly factory in Shanghai. Our yearly production quantity is about 20,000 sets of tyre changers and 10,000 sets of wheel balancers. With our new factory built in 2008, the quantity will be doubled. Our products got CE certification ,ISO9001 and sells well around the world.
