DOFO Spring Story

Our story began in 1998. Back then we are a small business ower of switch springs with a single production line in Liushi market of Yueqing. Mainly supply coal mining machine spring and switch springs.

As we stick to strict quality policy, our product had got a good reputation among the customers. Three years later, we was lucky to be in the supply chain of Chint Group.

Business Development

As the business going, we applied DOFO brand in 2005 and moved to Yueqing Economic Development Industrial Area. Because being part of large supply chain requires better management in the company.

The comapny builds a mature structure in management, design, production, testing and packing. For better competition worldwide, we acquire certification of ISO9001, TS16949, ISO140001, OHSAS18001, BV certification.

After 20s years development, our product range expand a lot. We manufacture all kinds of coil springs for various area, such as automotive parts, micro MCB, electrical cabinet, appliance, oil equipment, industrial machines, etc. The company is authorized Yueqing Famous Brand and green supplier of chint every year. DOFO Spring has been the top supplier in spring manufacturing for electrical apparatus.

Manufacturing Capacity

The company has 106 full time staff. Plant area is over 7000 square meters. The company has more than 200 pieces CNC coiling machines for different product line. Production capacity can reach 1 million pieces a month under full power. We can manufacture compression spring, extension spring, torsion spring, wire forms, disc spring, etc. Our technicians have over 15 years experience in spring manufacturing.
