Founded in 1956, Atalan has continued olive oil production and domestic and international sales at its factory located in the Aegean Region. In 2001, the company expanded its expertise and shifted its focus toward the production of packaged olive oil.

We know how to produce olive oil, and by combining our passion with our expertise, we remain dedicated solely to olive oil production. Guided by our quality control policies and supported by our BRC, FSMA, Halal, Organic, and Kosher certifications, we fulfill all our responsibilities by continuously performing all necessary chemical, physical, and organoleptic analyses—from storage to final sale and beyond—in our fully equipped laboratory, delivering high-quality, sustainable, and traceable products to consumers.

Our factory is located in Torbalı, Pancar district, on 12,000 m² of open area and 4,750 m² of indoor space. Thanks to our temperature-controlled stainless-steel tank farm with a storage capacity of 4,000 metric tons, our company is able to offer the same quality of olive oil throughout the entire season. With four fully automated filling lines and an annual production capacity of 35,000 metric tons, we maintain our reputation by ensuring uninterrupted shipments to both domestic and export markets.

We market our products under the brand Zeytinia in the domestic market and Olioarte in international markets. In addition, we supply bulk olive oil to industrial companies that use olive oil as an ingredient in their production.
