Zhangjiagang Yongsheng Casting Co., Ltd. is a special steel company which specializes in producing steel forging, forged pieces, electroslag ingots, forged round bars and forging ingots. Our company, with more than 50 members of high and middle level technical staff, owns strong technical force, advanced technology, and complete means of quality detection, Our company is equipped with sophisticated analytical instrument, such as chemical analysis, physical experiment, metallographic testing, US testing, high- and low-fold inspection. Our products have passed the ISO9001:2000 International Standard Quality Guarantee System Certification. Our company is mainly equipped with 15 tons arc furnaces, 15 tons LF furnaces, 30 tons VOD, three-phase ESR furnaces, and automatic computer-controlled hydraulic quick forging machines, hydraulic press, fuel oil annealing furnaces, fuel gas annealing furnaces, furnaces of resistance type, several car-type heating furnaces and large-scale machining equipment. With all raw materials with EAF crude refining, our product quality can be assured. Our company can produce steel forging with weight within 8 tons, forging ingot with weight from 0.28 tons to 25 tons and electroslag ingot with diameter from 600mm to 900mm and weight from 3 tons to 8 tons per piece. Our main products are large specification round steel, including carbon steel, the carbon tool steel, framework steel of alloy, die steel, bearing steel, stainless steel, cold and hot roll steel, with a total of more than 100 species, and an annual output of steel ingot 50,000 tons. Our capacity of forging is more than 80,000 tons annually. Our products are not only used for large domestic locomotive, coal, petroleum machinery, plastics and transportation machinery and shipbuilding industry, but also exported to Germany, Italy, France, Belgium, Russia, Turkey, Korea, Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, and Taiwan area.
