Zhangjiakou Haite Steel Pipe Co., Ltd. is a corporation which specializes in manufacturing high strength ERW steel tubes for automobile, drilling and liquid service, as well as oil casing tubes for petroleum and natural gas. With the predecessor of Ningyuan Iron & Steel Works established in 1965, our company is one of the earliest manufacturers of electric-welded tubes for cardan shafts. Our company has introduced advanced technology and sophisticated manufacturing equipment. For instance, the high-strength ERW steel pipes lines were imported from Germany; the high frequency induction heating apparatus were brought in from EFD and the threading & coupling lines were from America. The J55 and N80 tubing and casing manufactured by our company had filled the gap in high grade ERW oil casing tubes in domestic market. At present, the annual turnover of ERW pipes is 150.000 tons. The art of technology has brought top-ranking quality. Our products have been certified under the ISO 9001:2000 international quality system certification and the API 5CT or API 5B certification. In November 2006, the ERW tubing and casing of the company had passed the test of Tubular Goods Research Center of CNPC. It is proved by the TGRC that the ERW oil casing tubes produced by our company have the advantages of high precision, great toughness, low cost and can resist crush and burst well. Located in High-Tech Economy Development Zone of Zhangjiakou City, the company covers an area of 164082 square meters. Additionally, we own a 3.5km special railway line which helps the delivery of goods to customers rapidly and conveniently.
