We are one of leading and professional glass cullet treatment company with following process: 1) to sort the returnable container glass (flint/amber/green/mix ) purchased from the local drop-off centers. 2) to crush glass bottles into pieces with the milling machine. 3) to demagnetize cullets the conveying belts 4) to wash cullets in the rotation drum 5) to sort cullet on the conveying belts. The glass cullet is clean and sized at 5-15 mm, ready for furnace melting together with other batches. Our treatment capacity is 100mt/day, monthly supply of different cullet ( flint/amber/green/mix ) is 500-1000mt. The packaging could be in 20&＃039;/40&＃039; standard containers or bulk vessel.
