Zhaoyuan Talent Plastic Chemical Co., Ltd. is a specialized manufacturer of rubber fenders for maritime use. Located in Zhaoyuan City, Shandong Province, this municipality borders Yantai to the east, Qingdao to the south and Longkou Port to the north.
