Zhejiang Balford Mechatronics Co., Ltd. is a manufacturer of precision metal stamping, deep drawn parts and sheet metal fabrication, based in Zhuji, Shaoxing, Zhejiang, China, founded in 2017.

Our core capabilities:

- Deep drawing and progressive die stamping for housings, cups, sleeves and shells

- Fine blanking, bending, forming and transfer die stamping

- Sheet metal fabrication: laser cutting, CNC bending, welding and assembly

- CNC machining and secondary operations

- In-house tooling design and die making, with DFM review and tolerance analysis

Typical parts we produce include deep drawn solenoid housings, sensor housings, motor housings and end caps, thermostat and valve components, spring cups, washers, magnetic sleeves, bearing and bushing parts, and custom enclosures.

Materials: stainless steel, carbon steel, copper, brass, aluminium and special alloys. Surface finishes: passivation, zinc and nickel plating, electrophoresis, powder coating and heat treatment.

We work from drawings, STEP/IGES files or samples, support prototype and sample validation, and supply PPAP documentation and material traceability on request. We are ISO 9001 certified.

Our products are exported to Germany, Italy and other overseas markets. We welcome OEM and ODM projects.
