In air tools workshop, we have 29 production lines in total. There are 14 assembling lines, with each line owing 6-7 workers, what is more, the last worker will test the finished products 100%.

At the air nailer metal processing center, we have 32 lines. Meanwhile, We have 15 assembling line in packing workshop. Each line, we set 6-7 work spots.

In the production procedure, we have six quality inspections from raw material inspection=>metal work inspection=>heat treatment inspection=>assemble line 100% inspection=>life inspection test =>packing inspection=>final inspection in the warehouse, thus guaranting our quality perfect rate higher than 99.9%.
