In June 2003, the company became a partially-owned subsidiary of China Northern Rare Earth Group(Inner Mongolia Baogang Rare Earth Hi-tech Co. Ltd). In March 2009, the company carried out shareholding reform and was listed at Tianjin Equity Exchange...In 2012 the company successfully passed the special examination for environmental protection of the rare earth industry conducted by the Ministry Of Environmental Protection. At the end of the same year, the company became one of the first enterises which were permitted to engage in the rare earth business by the Ministry of Industry ang Information Technology.
The company now has four factories which cover an area of more than 600 mu...The annual sales revenue is over 1billion yuan. There are more than 1000 employees, of whom 35% are technical school graduates or above
