The Zio Ciro wood oven is manufactured entirely at the home plant in Sardinia, our expert staff specialize in oven craftsmanship and design. TEK REF has a quality management system certified according to UNI EN ISO 9001-2008, and has adopted the organizational model in accordance with Legislative LGL 231/231 and sm. from 10.01.2013. NEW LIGHT AND BIGGEST TRANSPORTABLE REFRACTORY OVEN "SUBITO COTTO" The Zio Ciro transportable wood oven is a real wood-burning oven, small in size, the hob and the dome are made entirely of high quality refractory concrete. For this reason the oven is superior to a wood oven madeof inox stainless steel, because the refractory material has a greater thermal flywheel and it maintains a longer cooking temperature which allows you to cook for a longer period even after turning off the fire. It is an oven ready to use, pre-assembled, insulated and finished. It is a light oven and it can be transported and used in small spaces such as terraces, balconies and small gardens but also in the kitchen or tavern. It consumes a small amount of wood and reaches in a few minutes the cooking temperature.
