Alex Kandjungu is based in Namibia, a country with limited known diamond processing or export infrastructure, making their focus on diamond rings unusual for a local supplier. While diamond rings are typically sourced from major mining regions like Africa’s Central or Southern regions, Namibia’s lack of large-scale mining means this business likely sources or imports diamonds, which adds a layer of complexity for buyers. The absence of verified phone, work email, account email, and document verification raises red flags about legitimacy and trustworthiness — common risks when dealing with small or new suppliers in emerging markets. Buyers should verify the company’s actual operations and sourcing chain before placing any orders, as missing verification details can indicate a lack of transparency or potential fraud.
