About touristic project in hurgada touristic center which is composed of 15 building and containing hotel apartments. Which wecan supply in our project two units by different sizes (60m2-93m2) By prices (25000-35000 us$)and I can provide you by some details about the project 1- its near from the main street about 100m( you can arrive to any where you want very easy ). 2-its far from the new walking area about 150m and its now the famous nice area in hurghada and the government investment in this project about 40000000 egp 3-its far from the beach about 200m which its private for the owners property in tourist center only. 4-about our project include hotel apartment in compound with all service (pools, security, house keeping, laundry, health Club,..... ) 5-we offer for our costumer to management rent out the unit with our management for the hotel apartment. 6- the rent can make about 10% from the capital + from 15-20% increase in amount each year in real estate investment. 7- the property ownership is free hold with percent from the total of land area 8-we charge 50% in advance and the rest when the project is finish.
