TCIL celebrated International Day of Yoga 2024 on 21 June 2024 & joined the global movement towards healthier society with a guided Yoga session conducted by Ms Shreya Kansal from Art of Living. During the session, Team TCIL stretched, breathed & bonded, embodying this year’s theme "Yoga for Self & Society."
