City Group has established the City Economic Zone, licensed by BEZA, on 77.96 acres, expecting to employ over 20,000 people within five years. The Hosendi Economic Zone, spanning 108 acres, was inaugurated in November 2022, aiming for 10,000 jobs in three years. The Purbagaon Economic Zone, located in Rupganj, spans 93.02 acres with plans to expand to 150 acres, with an initial investment of 100 billion Taka, creating around 10,000 jobs.
