Then ECI gave me 10 € discount voucher in app to order anything so I ordered activity band. All was well until they suddenly canceled my order, gave me money back, but no apology, no explanation and my 10e voucher gone. I used to love this shop but now I avoid it The app is unfortunately unusable for English speakers. In order to understand anything, you need to open the ECI website on Chrome and let Google translate it for you. I'm trying to learn spanish. They could even put in a disclaimer that the english translations may not be 100% accurate. It's funny because the name of the company is The English Court.
